Is there really a free tier?
Yes. Two meetings per month, up to 15 members. Most PTAs need more than that, but the free tier exists so you can try the real thing without a credit card.
What is the founding member deal?
First 50 paying orgs lock in $19 a month for as long as they stay subscribed. When 50 is gone, it is gone.
Do we need a Chromecast?
Any HDMI cast device works. AirPlay, Chromecast, Fire TV, or a laptop plugged into the TV.
Do we need special microphones for the captions?
Any iPad with a built-in mic works. The chair pairs one at the podium and one at the interpreter's desk before the meeting starts. The page is mobile-Safari friendly so there is no app to install.
What if our internet drops?
The chair's laptop holds state. The meeting continues. When wifi returns, everything syncs.
Can our secretary still edit the minutes?
Yes. Auto-generated is a starting point. The secretary signs off before publish.
