Here's exactly how it works. No fine print.
Five steps. Two emails. One box. A return label that's already in the box.
The five steps
-
You pick your dresses.
Browse the closet. Filter by size, color, or favorite character archetype. Pick one dress, three, six, or build a Princess Box with all six. Bundle pricing kicks in at three.
-
You tell us your trip.
Pick your dates. We mail to your home (free) or your Disney resort (+$15). Resort drop-off is held at bell services for the registered guest, free, for up to five days before check-in. We time the box to arrive the day before you do.
-
We pack it.
Every dress is cleaned, condition-checked against its intake photo, and folded in tissue paper. Then the kid card from Gisele, the printed packing list with condition photos, and the prepaid UPS return label go in — taped inside the lid so you can't miss it.
-
It arrives.
Box ships from Frederick, MD via UPS Ground — two to three days to most addresses. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment the label scans. If you're delivery to a Disney resort, bell services holds it for you at no charge until check-in.
-
You mail them back.
Use the prepaid UPS label that's taped inside the lid. Drop the box at any UPS Store or hand it to your resort's front desk on your last day. We receive it two to three days later, intake-photograph everything, clean and steam, and the closet is ready for the next family.
A real trip, day by day.
Here's what the calendar looks like for a family checking into the Polynesian June 20 for a week.
What's always in the box.
Same six things, every booking. We don't believe in surprise charges or missing return labels.
The dresses, in tissue paper.
Each rental dress is folded by length (not stacked flat) in soft tissue paper, so it arrives steamed and ready to wear.
The return label.
Prepaid UPS Ground label, taped inside the lid where you'll find it. No printing, no buying postage. Free return delivery, always.
Printed packing list.
A printout of every item in the box, with intake photos showing the condition of each dress before we delivered it. Helpful for spotting if anything is missing on day one.
A kid card from me.
Hand-written by Gisele. Tells your kid which dress is her favorite, and how to take care of them on the trip. Yours to keep.
Return-by date, stamped on the box.
A bright sticker on the outside with the latest day you can drop the box at UPS. No math, no looking it up. We also email a reminder two days before.
A "we screwed up?" card.
My dad Anthony's real phone number. Text or call — for missing items, wrong size, the strap snapped, anything. We answer every call.
What happens when the box comes back.
Wash cold, steam, re-photograph, rack. Same routine, every dress, every time.

1. Receive
Open the box, photograph the contents before unpacking.

2. Inspect
Every dress, front and back, against its intake photo.

3. Wash
Cold water, gentle detergent, no fabric softener (it dulls the sparkle).

4. Steam
Every dress, every time. Wrinkles out, sparkle back.

5. Re-photograph
If anything changed, we update the catalog photo and condition tier.
Top-of-mind questions.
The six questions parents ask before they book. Tap to open.
What if a dress doesn't fit?
Premium insurance ($15/dress) covers a same-day swap — we overnight a different size. Standard insurance covers a partial refund of the days lost. We list real measurements (chest, waist, length) on every dress page; measuring your kid takes 30 seconds and almost always avoids the swap.
What happens if my kid spills juice?
That's literally what Standard insurance ($5/dress, default) is for — stains, tears, missing trims. You don't pay anything extra, you don't fill out paperwork. Just send the dress back and we handle it.
Glitter glue, paint, and permanent fabric marker are the one exception — they bond into the fabric and there's no fix. We call those "art project" damage and they're not covered. We'll text you if we see it at intake.
Can I rent for a birthday party that's not a Disney trip?
Yes — pick any week. Mail to your home, mail it back. We have a birthday-party landing page (/trips/birthday-parties) with bundle pricing for parties of 4+ kids. Same dresses, no resort upcharge.
Do you ship to Disney Cruise Line ships?
DCL doesn't accept guest packages pre-cruise, so we ship to your home (or a pre-cruise hotel near the port) before you leave. There's always enough lead time — just book a 10-day rental to cover the cruise plus travel days.
How clean are the dresses?
Every dress is washed in cold water with gentle detergent, air-dried, and steamed between every rental. We compare it to the intake photo before we ship. If your kid has a detergent allergy, tell us at checkout and we'll wash hers in the hypoallergenic batch.
The full process: how we keep them pretty.
Can I keep a dress longer than a week?
Yes — pick a 10-day or 14-day rental window at checkout. If you fall in love with one on the trip, text us and we'll sell it to you at 40–60% off retail. The autograph books and kid journals are yours to keep regardless.
Ready when you are.
Pick your dates, pick your dresses, we'll handle the rest.
