UPS Ground from Frederick, Maryland. Free return delivery in every box. Here are the details, the costs, and what we do when something goes wrong.
Outbound delivery options.

Transit times.
UPS Ground from Frederick, Maryland:
- East Coast (NY, NJ, PA, VA, NC, GA, FL): 1–2 business days
- Midwest (OH, IL, MI, TN, KY): 2–3 business days
- Mountain West (CO, UT, AZ, NM): 3–4 business days
- West Coast (CA, OR, WA, NV): 4–5 business days
- Alaska / Hawaii: 5–7 business days (rush only for these)
Saturday delivery is automatic on most UPS Ground routes; we don't ship on Sundays or major US holidays.
Disney resort drop-off.
Every Disney-owned resort accepts UPS Ground packages addressed to a guest of record. We use this exact label format:

Bell services stores the package until you check in and includes it with your room delivery. There is no fee from Disney for this service. We coordinate the ship date so the package arrives 1–2 days before your check-in date.
What's in the box.
- Your rented dresses, prince outfits, and accessory items, folded with tissue paper
- A printed packing list with each item's condition photo
- Gisele's kid-readable care card
- The prepaid UPS return label (already affixed inside the box)
- A return-by-date stamped on the box
Returns.
Free. Always. Here's how:
- On the last day of your trip, put everything back in the original box.
- Confirm the prepaid UPS Ground return label is on the outside. (It comes pre-affixed on the lid, but check it's still attached.)
- Hand the box to your resort's front desk or drop it at any UPS Store. UPS picks it up.
- Your tracking number stays live until we receive the package and check it back in (2–3 business days).
If you forget to drop the box on your last day, no big deal — drop it the next day from home. You have until midnight on the return-by-date stamped on the box. Late returns past that incur $25/day late fees per terms.
When something goes wrong.
Box doesn't arrive on time (carrier-caused)
If UPS misses the delivery date through no fault of yours, you get a full refund of the days lost. If we can arrange a same-day local pickup as a swap, we'll offer that first.
Box arrives damaged
Take a photo of any external damage before opening. Email us within 24 hours of receipt. If the contents were damaged in transit, we'll replace them or refund — UPS covers transit damage.
Box doesn't arrive at all
Text or call us. We'll file a UPS investigation and either route a replacement box (rush delivery at our cost) or full-refund the rental.
You forget to mail the return
First we email you. Then we text you. After 10 days past the return-by date, we begin escalating late fees per terms. If the dresses are returned within 10 days, we waive the fees.
International delivery.
US-only at launch. If you're traveling from outside the US for a Disney trip, ship the box to your US-based hotel or to a US friend's address — we'll prompt you for the correct ship-to address at checkout.
