How a party package gets to your door.

Pick the package and the party date.
Tell us how many kids, their ages, and what day to land it. Book at least 5 days ahead, or pay $25 for rush.

We ship the box the day before.
UPS Ground to your home. Tracking emailed. The box has every dress, every accessory, a return label inside, and a card with each kid's name.

Drop the box at UPS the next morning.
Three days total. Stain or tear? Damage protection is $5 a dress. Lost an accessory? Email us a photo and we'll figure it out.
Party-package questions, answered.
Can I swap dresses inside a package?
Yes — for the Birthday Princess Box, Tea Party Set, and Royal Sleepover, any dress can swap to any of the eight archetypes before checkout. The Royal Photoshoot is also swappable, plus you can split it across two kids if you want (two looks each).
What if a kid is sick or the party gets rescheduled?
Move the dates free up to 48 hours before ship. Inside 48 hours we'll do our best — usually a small re-ship fee covers it. Full cancellation refunds minus delivery if you cancel more than 5 days out.
How do you handle a stain or a tear?
Add Damage Protection at checkout ($5 a dress). Standard covers stains, tears, missing trims. Premium ($15 a dress) adds full-loss and theft coverage. Without it, repair cost is billed — fairly, with photos, never a surprise.
Can I add a prince outfit or parent piece to a party package?
Yes — pick the package, then on step 3 add prince outfits, parent capes, sashes. Adds get the 15% family-bundle discount automatically.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. Continental U.S. for now. Hawaii / Alaska on request — email us, we'll quote it.
