Privacy notice

What we collect — and what we don't.

The marketing site (this site) collects only what you submit through a form. We do not run third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics. We do not set non-essential cookies. We do not fingerprint visitors.

The product (when you have an account) collects what's needed to do interpreting agency work: rosters, requestors, jobs, invoices, and — where it's necessary — minimal PHI tied to a job. We collect the least we can. We retain it for the periods documented on the security page.

Marketing forms.

When you fill a form on this site, the data is routed to a small team inbox (Anthony, Fallon, or the inbound queue). We retain inbound inquiries for 24 months from submission. We do not sell or share the data. We do not add you to a third-party newsletter list without your explicit opt-in.

Cookies.

We use a single session cookie set only after you sign in, and only to maintain your session. No third-party cookies. No analytics cookies on the public marketing site at launch.

Your rights.

You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@madeby1891.com. We respond within 30 days.

HIPAA.

If you are a covered entity or business associate, our BAA governs PHI handling and takes precedence over this privacy notice for PHI specifically.

Where the data lives.

Primary data residency is in the United States (Cloudflare R2 in US regions, Google Workspace US tenant). EU/UK data residency is targeted for 2027. See the subprocessor list.
