A real person on every page
A translator from your roster (or the open pool, your choice) handles every document. For ordinary material they can start from a machine draft to save time — but for anything medical or legal, consent forms, court filings, or a student's IEP, that shortcut is switched off entirely. A person translates it, full stop.
It remembers what it's translated before
The same phrases come up again and again — appointment reminders, standard instructions, common consents. Once your translator approves a phrasing, it's suggested next time, so your wording stays consistent and the work goes faster. Your library is yours alone; it's never shared with another agency.
Back the way you need it
You get a clean file that keeps the look of the original wherever possible. When a certified or sworn translation is required, it comes with the translator's certification and signature page attached.
