Smart intake
An email or a voicemail becomes a tidy draft job in seconds — language, time, place, length, all filled in for you. You check every one before it's booked, and the patient's details never leave your agency.
The email that came in
“Hi — we need an ASL interpreter for a cardiology follow-up next Tuesday at 2pm, about 90 minutes, at the Urbana clinic. Patient is REDACTED.”A draft job, ready for you to check
A request comes in; a draft job comes out. Click to see it live.
You're always the one who hits ‘book’
When a request arrives by email or voicemail, the platform pulls out the details and lays them out as a draft — never a confirmed job. A scheduler looks it over and accepts. Anything it wasn't sure about is highlighted, so your eyes go straight to it.
Private details stay private
Before any of this happens, names and personal details — phone numbers, dates of birth, anything clinical in the message — are stripped out and kept on your side. The part that does the reading only ever sees a tidied-up version with the sensitive bits removed, and every step is logged.
Honest about what's ready
The intake and review screens are live and in daily use. A couple of the deeper AI assists are still being switched on, and we mark exactly what's live and what's coming on the changelog. We'd rather under-promise.
