Bundle questions, answered.

Can I swap dresses in the Princess Box?

Yes — before checkout, any of the six slots can swap to any of the eight archetypes. You can also pick the size per dress independently. After you click "Continue to checkout," dress choices are locked unless you call us (Apps Script + a human in the loop).

What if my kids are different sizes?

That's the whole point of the Sibling Matcher. Each kid gets their own size in the same theme — same archetype across all of them, or coordinating archetypes in the same color palette. Two-plus siblings in the same archetype get an extra 5% matched-set discount on top of the bundle price.

Do bundle discounts stack with damage protection?

Yes. Bundle pricing is on the rental side. Damage protection is a flat per-dress fee ($5/dress Standard, $15/dress Premium) that's added at checkout. Standard covers stains, tears, and missing trims. Premium adds full loss and theft. No-coverage is also an option.

Can I add prince outfits or parent pieces to a bundle?

Yes — that's the Outfit-the-Family bundle. Mix dresses, prince outfits, and parent coordinating pieces (sashes, capes, themed shirts). The whole pile gets a flat 15% family-bundle discount with a floor minimum based on your rental length. Pick it from the Sibling Matcher theme cards above.

What happens if a dress is out of stock for my dates?

The matcher checks inventory before you check out. If your chosen archetype isn't available in the right size for your trip dates, we suggest the next closest size or a one-tap swap to a different archetype that fits. Nothing books until you confirm on Step 5.
