Common questions
Does the individual tier convert to the CEU tier later? Yes. You pay the $50 difference whenever you're ready and your completions retroactively become CEU-eligible.
Are school student accounts billed annually? Per-seat, per-year, volume-tiered. The 30-day preview lets you take the whole course for a spin with real students before any invoice.
Do you do purchase orders? Yes, for schools and ITPs. We send a standard invoice; net 30 is the default.
What if RID doesn't approve the CEU track? Then we refund the $50 difference on the interpreter tier, and the individual tier still works. We think they'll approve us; we don't think you should carry the risk of being wrong.
