What we collect, what we don't.

The short version

We collect your email when you sign in, the orders you place, and the messages you send to vendors. We don't sell anything to anyone. We don't run third-party tracking. We don't use cookies for advertising.

What we collect

• Email + first name when you sign in.
• Order history, including what you bought, from whom, and where you picked it up.
• Messages sent to vendors through the conversation board (PII is stripped before delivery; see specs/CONVERSATIONS_SPEC.md).
• RSVP history for popups (used for no-show tracking).

What we don't

• Your last name (we never ask).
• Your home address (vendors get only what's needed for pickup — usually nothing).
• Your phone number (optional, only used for pickup-window texting).
• Anything for marketing third parties.

Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy for what they collect.

Deletion

Email contact@madeby1891.com with "delete my account" and we delete it within 7 days. Order records may be retained for accounting purposes (7 years per MD tax rules) but in an anonymized form.
