Positioning

SportsEngine, LeagueApps, TeamSnap — and 1891 Arena.

They’re competent. We sit one shelf over. Here’s how we differ.

We don’t compete with the big league-ops platforms head-on. Those are built for big youth-sports orgs with full ops staff. We’re built for a tournament director with a laptop, a school program with thirty years of paper records, or a small league that wants live scoring without a sales call.

If you need enrollment forms, background checks, and concession-stand POS integration — they’re a better fit. If you need brackets, schedules, live scoring, and an archive your alumni can actually find — that’s us.

Side-by-side.

The thing they can’t do.

Search every game your program has ever played. Filter by player, season, venue. Render per-player career pages across seasons.

This view doesn’t exist on SportsEngine because they never built the importer. The records aren’t the product for them — the registration is. For us, it’s the reverse.

Use them together.

If you already pay SportsEngine for registration and background checks, keep paying them. Run your brackets and your records on us. We don’t need to be your only platform.
