Director console
The desk. Court grid live, call-ups one tap, overrides on demand. Pause for weather. Refund a registration. Re-seed after a no-show. Built for an admin running fifty matches a night without thinking about it.
Six courts, twelve, twenty—four. A dedicated facility, a converted warehouse, a community center with a Saturday morning slot. Arena is the engine for everything that happens after the lights turn on. Leagues, tournaments, ladders, DUPR write-back, payouts. The play layer that works alongside the booking tool you already have.
Your reservation tool answers "who has Court 3 at 7pm tonight." That's table-stakes; you've got that handled. The thing nobody built well is the after — what happens once the booking starts. That's what we make.
Numbers from the Founding 25 pricing tier. Adjust for your size; the platform scales the same.

Arena is the play layer. CourtReserve, PodPlay, ClubAutomation — whatever you booked your courts on — is the booking layer. They talk where it matters. Use both, or just us with our built-in scheduler.

CourtReserve integration live now — we pull your booking schedule from the iCal feed in your CourtReserve profile. 15-min polling; tighter for Live-tier customers. Full bidirectional API integration follows when your facility is on CourtReserve's Scale or Enterprise tier. See the integration spec →
Already on CourtReserve or PodPlay? Bring it. The reservation feed becomes our schedule source; our results post back to the booking detail page. No double-entry, no migration. Members keep using the app they know.
Not on any booking software? We have a built-in scheduler. No need to add a tool you don't want. Most leagues just need a weekly calendar and a court grid; both are first-class.
The desk. Court grid live, call-ups one tap, overrides on demand. Pause for weather. Refund a registration. Re-seed after a no-show. Built for an admin running fifty matches a night without thinking about it.
Magic-link sign-in. No app to install. "You're on Court 3 at 12:40, against Khoury / Vega." Push notification when they're called. Standings, bracket, DUPR delta after the match.
Embed live brackets and the leader board on the lobby TV. Auto-rotates between courts when nothing is featured. Spectators see the score; members see who's up next. Any Chromecast.
Your account, your money. League fees, prize funds, per-session payouts. Our 10% organizer fee deducted at payout. Refund window, dispute window, all the standard plumbing.
Pull live ratings at registration. Seed brackets and "match me" pairings by current DUPR. Write match results back so every game counts toward your members' record. The reason serious players show up.
Champions, club records, member careers. Searchable, hosted, never paywalled. Your founding members will see their progression years later. The thing nobody else builds because it's not the booking flow.
Live today. Paste the iCal feed from your CourtReserve profile and Arena ingests your sessions automatically. Full bidirectional REST integration follows when your facility is on CourtReserve Scale or Enterprise. PodPlay + ClubAutomation use the same shape.
Solo registration allowed. The allocator sorts the partner-pool by DUPR and pairs adjacent ratings into doubles teams at check-in. "I came alone, can I still play?" — yes, you can.
No annual contract. No "talk to sales." You pay one season at half price, you use the platform, you decide what's next. If we earned the second season, you'll buy it. If we didn't, you walk away with your data exported as a ZIP.

promo code PICKLE-FOUNDING-25 applied automatically at checkout. 50% off your first League-tier invoice. The discount does not auto-renew.
Three fields. We'll reply within a business day with a 20-minute screen-share that shows your league running on Arena with your court count, your local DUPR-rated players, and your bank account.
No. Arena is the play layer, not the booking layer. Your existing tool keeps handling court reservations and member dues. We accept its bookings as our schedule source and write match results back to its booking detail page.
CourtReserve is live today — we pull your bookings from the iCal feed in your CourtReserve profile (works on any plan tier; full bidirectional REST integration when your facility is on Scale or Enterprise). PodPlay and ClubAutomation follow the same shape and arrive when the first facility on those systems signs up. Any system with a spreadsheet or CSV feed works today as the universal fallback. When a match finishes on Arena, we POST the result to DUPR via their API. The score lands on each player's DUPR profile within the hour. If your facility is enrolled as a DUPR club partner, those results count as tournament-verified. If not, they still count toward each player's rating — just not flagged verified. The technical contract is in our RATING_INTEGRATION spec.
You connect your bank account through secure payout setup — takes ~5 minutes. Players pay you directly; the money lands in your account. We deduct a 10% organizer fee at payout. No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no per-transaction add-on. Refunds and disputes follow the industry-standard windows. See our terms for the full payments contract.
The same as the regular League tier — $149/season for the Bracket tier, $299/season for Live, $599/season for Archive. The Founding 25 discount is 50% off your first season only. There's no automatic renewal pricing trick; you'll see the full price on every invoice after the first.
Yes. The platform handles concurrent leagues, tournaments, and ladders running side-by-side. Each is its own setup; players can register for multiple. Director console shows them all on one screen if you want, or filter to one at a time.
Same platform, different mode. Pick Tournament at setup time instead of League. The Director console, scorekeeper UI, DUPR write-back, and payouts are identical — the only difference is the state machine. See the pickleball overview → for the format demo.
You. Every tenant has an export everything button in their billing settings — produces a ZIP with your site HTML, your Sheet data, the DUPR submission log, and any uploaded archive source documents. Auto-generated, no friction. This is non-negotiable; trust depends on it.
Yes. 1891 is a 5th-generation Deaf company — universal design is the default, not a bolt-on. AAA contrast on every surface. Captions auto-on when audio plays. Visual + text + haptic signals on every state change — never audio-only. Our accessibility commitments →
First 25 facilities get half off their first season. After that, you'll have run leagues, written results to DUPR, and printed champion banners. The decision to renew is the easiest one you'll make.
