USBC sanctioning fees are pass-through (~$25/bowler, paid directly to USBC, not via 1891 Arena). Bowler averages carry a bowl.com verification stamp, so your LM-01 is audit-ready by default.
How does the USBC verification work?
When you add a bowler, type their USBC member id and click Verify on bowl.com. We open USBCFindA in a new tab; you sign in with your secretary credentials, read the bowler's official name and current book average, paste those back into the roster form, and check Mark verified. We capture the timestamp and verified-by line. Every bowler row, your LM-01, and the weekly recap email show verified May 24 next to confirmed averages and not verified next to anything still pending. If bowl.com is unavailable or the bowler isn't sanctioned, you can still add them — they'll bowl as unsanctioned and the recap email says so plainly.
