What we won't do
Four things you won't see on the bill.
- A cut of your bookings. Client payments go through your Stripe account. We don't sit in the middle. We don't add a markup.
- Hidden per-lead fees. A lead is a row in your Sheet, not a metered API call. We don't charge for the hundredth one.
- "AI-powered" framing on the bill. The product does what it does. We describe it in plain English. The bill is a flat monthly number.
- Lock-in. Your Sheet, your Stripe, your domain (on Agency). Cancel and walk away with a complete export of every record.
FAQ
The pricing questions every admin asks.
- Why is the dollar amount written as "from $X" instead of an exact number?
- Stripe is the canonical price list. We update the rate in one place — the Stripe product — and the enrollment flow pulls the current number at checkout. That keeps this page from going stale the next time we adjust pricing. The order-of-magnitude is published: Individual Agent in the $29-ish range, Agency starting around $99 plus per seat.
- What does Stripe charge?
- Whatever Stripe charges. For US card-present and online card payments today that's roughly 2.9% + 30¢, but Stripe owns that number and they show it to you in your dashboard. We add zero on top. Funds land in your bank on Stripe's normal schedule.
- Can I move from Individual Agent to Agency later?
- Yes. We prorate the bill, port your slug and your Sheet, and let you bring in advisor seats one at a time. Custom domain swap happens when your DNS is ready.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- Your records sheet is yours. Your Stripe account is yours. Your domain is yours. We export every lead, booking, and client record to a clean spreadsheet, archive the public pages as static HTML, and remove the database row that points your slug at our system. You walk out with everything.
- Is there a contract?
- Month-to-month by default. Annual plans get two months free; the agreement lives in the enrollment confirmation email.
- Do you offer discounts?
